[Three different customers return items at Wal-Mart.]
Customer1: I’d like to return this shirt.
Clerk: Sure thing. What is wrong with it?
Customer1: It just doesn’t 1)fit right. I should have tried it on before I bought it.
Clerk: That’s fine. Do you have the 2)receipt?
Customer1: Yes, I do. But I bought this at another 3)branch of Wal-Mart.

Customer1: That’s great. Say, how long do customers have to make returns?
